My legs surprised me last weekend for my birthday. In the best way. I jumped a personal best at a meet at Emory University upping my ranking to #1 in the world W55. (Caveat: it IS early in the season, but, I'll enjoy it while it lasts!)
I felt great. The technique coach I started working with in December is obviously onto something. I'm thrilled and excited about the 2016 masters outdoor season and ready to join my fellow athletes as we work to meet our goals!
