I am really lucky to be supported by so many friends and colleagues in my community. From my church to my children's school, to my track club Atlanta Track Club Elite, everyone offers support and a smile. Sometimes a high five comes with a giggle as it seems so improbable to be successful at high jump at this age. I agree! Many have been inspired to try something new -- something they never thought they could get back to, or step up and try. That's the purpose of sharing my journey. I was so thrilled to see this update printed by my local magazine, The East Cobber. Thanks to this great bunch of editors for following my progress!
